Our AI Chatbot is available to Bloc Plus users of Bloc. To get Bloc Plus you will need to subscribe to one of our packages.
Our AI chatbot can assist you in finding the best venues and events to visit anywhere in the world.
It works by first asking Bloc Nearby if we one of our experts have written a blog post on the topic you’ve asked about. If we have written about it then we will tell you the best answer because our experts have written about it.
If we haven’t written about the topic then we will scan the AI models to try and find the best possible answer.
Here’s an example:
You might ask, ‘What’s the best Indian restaurant in London?’
We will scan Bloc Nearby and if one of our foodie experts has written a blog post on that topic the AI chatbot will let you know what restaurant our expert has decided is the best. So you can be rest assured the answers aren’t generic or based on reviews from 3rd parties (which can be deceiving). The answer you’ll get will be from an expert who knows what they’re talking about.
You need to subscribe to Bloc Plus to access the AI chatbot.
Once subscribed and the AI Chatbot is in one of the packages you select, you will find a little AI icon in your profile.
Open up the Bloc app > Go to Me in your tab bar > at the top of your profile you will find the AI chatbot icon > tap on this and ask it where to go.
